So I have been wearing these boots for a week at work, usually 8-10 hours a day. Now that they are broken in I figured I could give a fair review. I will start off by saying that I purchased a 10 medium which is what I always buy with shoes. They are just a little on the narrow side, not enough to cause me any problems. They are light and comfortable, I really like the side Zipper, on and off in seconds. Yesterday we got about 4" of snow and I wore them while shoveling. I did not slip once, I was leery about wearing them when it would be slippery out due to the sole design but I didn't have any problems. I intentionally tested to see how waterproof they are in the snow. My pant legs were soaked but my feet were nice and dry. Hopefully I will have the same result if I encounter a deep puddle.I am satisfied with the boots and I intend to buy another pair to wear on my bike. I will probably buy the wide just to see if they are a better fit. If the wide is not available I have no problem buying another pair of the mediums. YMMV
I’ve been working in Detention for 7 years and these boots have been my favorite so far. They’re sturdy and well put together. Comfortable as well. Highly recommend.
I havent worn them for work yet as i am on off rotation but have worn them to potter around the house and garden so i can get a feel of how they fit....so far i am really impressed , very light in weight but sturdy in design , warm abd comfortable, the side zip is excellent for ease with getting on and taking off the boots....so far I am happy with my purchase..the real test will be when i head back to work in 2 weeks ..but i think the boots will handle really well.
Zipper fell apart after 3 months. I am a fedex delivery driver, I am hard in shoes, but damn...

Reveiw from a current paramedic and former swcc boat RM. I was pretty sure I ordered a size 10 but a 10.5 came I'm glad it did because the 10.5 fits like a glove. I even rubbed my toe on the insole ( because they're comp toe and I couldn't feel my toe) to leave a mark pulled them out and it was perfect distance from the end. They seem a bit narrow and stiff but I'm betting they break in nicely. Very light weight and my foot goes in and out easily when laced up tight and unzipped. I've had issues with that from other sidezip boots. The finger loops on the back are perfect for helping to get my foot in and The rubber on The back gives you grip to get them off. The side zip seems to get hung on the water barrier material that's there and takes me pushing the material back with one finger and zipping with the other hand. The zipper locker is sketchy and I feel like the zipper may work it's way down during the day but we will see.The inside seems well insulated for you guys farther north that's good but here gulf shores alabama that means a foot sauna and Thats no bueno. it dosent get cold here much so if theyre hot i wont be wearing the but 3 months out of the year. I will update after a few shifts on the progress. I'm giving 3 stars because of the wrong size sent which actually worked out and the zipper issue. Ok so 3 shifts into it they were wearing good and the zipper on the side entry broke. I'm sending them back.
I really like the boots so far but the shipping really sucked it started off ups and they handed it off to some other carrier where it sat for 3 days I will buy the boots again just some where else
