I have extra wide feet, and I usually resort to buying wolverine safety boots because the sizing seems to work well for me, and the durashock soles are very comfortable.These arrived today, and are if seemingly excellent quality. Upon quick inspection, the fit and s perfect and they are extremely comfortable. Right out of the box I applied some waterproofing stuff with a rag.I feel that these should last well, only time will tell.
I saw the reviews about these that they were uncomfortable and people started getting blisters on their feet, so it worried me slightly. After receiving them and now have worn them for about a month I can see why people would say they got blisters, but I think it’s just because these boots are leather all the way around they have to be broken in quite a bit and so now that I’ve worn them in they are amazing and comfortable especially with the famous durashocks soles. And I’m on my feet up to 12-13 hours 5-6 days a week and I also have a bad knee which these shoes don’t bother it at all.
Good boot. Easy break in. The back loop did break the second time I wore but was likely from pulling to hard.
The bad:The inside of the boot is unfinished rough leather, which isnt very comfortable. There is a bad pinch point on my pinky toes. Pulling the laces tight requires some effort, but this is more of a personal gripe.The good:The soles are very comfortable.
Typical wolverine boot, good quality, worth the money
I work on the ramp at an airport and always have foot pain/lower back pain after a 10+ hour shift. Timberlands and Keens have helped but not as much as this pair of wolverines with the wedge sole.I’m currently on 13hr shifts mostly standing and would recommend these boots. They look great and feel great. The best part is waking up with minimal to no foot pain.
These boots fit true to size and are extremely comfortable
Fit perfectly. Good quality leather and material. Nice looking boots but I will have to see how strong and durable are. I use different style on wolverines (moc toe) but this ones call my attention. They are not steel toe, btw.
