We've added to these basic elements with features like an open cell pu foam footbed, and an expansion fit calf for a more universal fit. Very comfortable boots for the price. Just wish they were made in the usa
Big fan of Rocky boots, but after my Muck Boots gave out I decided to give these a try. I am an aquatic and wetland scientist. On my second outing using these boots in a stream the right boot began to leak. I checked all seams and areas where there could be a hole and it was on the back of the boot. I had not walked in brush, nor had I abused them to any degree. They're very comfortable but to be leaking on the second use is a fail for me. I'll be going to LaCrosse boots for the remainder of the field season.
Gave to my son as a gift. He liked them.
I used them 4 days, and they have already been ruined, poor quality.
I have a large calf and needed the extra flap. These provided the extra I needed to allow me to put my pants inside of the boot.
We have a dairy farm . My husband s very picky and he is definitely satisfied! Great boot !
Within a year the metal shank on one of the boots started poking through the sole on the inside. The tread wore quite a bit as well. Replaced them this spring, about 11 months of use. I used them to walk our dog around our woods, so nothing but trails, no concrete. Would not buy again. Replaced with a La Crosse boot. They are more expensive but seem better made. I do have a 22 year old pair of Rocky hiking boots that are like new. Not bashing the brand but this boot is not worth the money.
