Adidas, a titan in the sportswear industry, started in 1949 by Adolf Dassler. Driven by the belief that athletes deserve the best footwear, Dassler focused on constant improvement and innovation. Today, adidas carries this legacy forward, creating high-performance shoes for all.
Adidas prioritizes performance technology and a commitment to sustainability. They're pioneers in innovations like Boost cushioning and utilize recycled materials in many collections. This ensures both peak performance for athletes and a focus on minimizing environmental impact.
I've had Adidas running shoes before but wanted more of a trail runner this time around. They do not disappoint in that regard, and can be worn as an all day shoe on top of that. Versatile and good looking too. Comfy, supportive and when moving across snowy/icy terrain, I feel like I've got strong grip.As someone who dislikes hiking boots and boots in general, these serve that outdoor terrain perfectly for me. Also, I'm normally size 11 in regular Adidas and also am a size 11 in these, so no real difference from regular Adidas to terrex shoes in terms of fit.
The break in period caused the back of my heel to bleed. After a couple weeks the shoes are one of the most comfortable shoes I've owned. I would order a size up, as the shoes run small. They have fantastic grip, I've ran many miles on ice.
Very hard and uncomfortable, not recommended for running or walking distances.
