Almost as good as Brooks which are twice the cost so this is a good deal. Look good, feel good. I buy 1/2 size big and extra wide due to my bunions. Works good. Highly recommend.

Asics are great. It's a universally good brand of running shoe and one of the few that makes a readily available X-wide. My only note, (as someone who buys new Asics annually on Amazon) is that the quality seems to be going down a bit. Comfort is still there, but for the price, it seems a bit more flimsy, fabric on the heel is pretty loose, more glue edges showing, and more mold seems showing on the rubber parts. Still, a good product for long distance running, but in the future, I might just need to start going to an Asics store and actually take a good look at the product before I buy.
