I've owned most of the top 10 running shoe brands over time but years ago I discovered that Asics are better in several cataegories. They don't fall apart at the seams, the fabric doesn't tear easily, the soles don't shread away quickly. I was paying $150-200 for other shoes that fell apart where I still have old pairs of ASICS (for work around the yard, creek walking). This order came through the ASICS store, BTW and showed up a day early!
The aASICS Men's Gel-Excite Trail 2 Running Shoes fit well and very comfortable. I haven't been able to get out to do much running yet, but they feel great for everyday wear.
Great trail shoes. Good support and comfortable. I always buy Asics one half size larger. The sole looks like it will be very durable. I like the loop at the back to assist with putting the shoes on.
First trail shoes I've ever owned. I've always ran in Asics but always on concrete. These trail shoes did not disappoint , especially the price.
Soles provide excellent support and soft on the pavement.
