Worked out with them a few times. Very light and comfortable. definitely recommend! I'm a size 11 and fits great true to size.
These have been my daily trainers for 5 months and are ready to retire. They have been great shoes that have kept my feet comfortable for 350 miles of training at 7:30/mile pace. I weigh 190 lbs and I think they would have lasted longer for a lighter runner.They are true to size and have been great for distances under 13 miles. My feet are slightly wide in the forefoot and these have accommodated that well. Longer distances than that I’ve wished for the cushion of a max-cushion trainer, which these are not.I have tied the laces in a single bow every time and they’ve never come undone; the longest run I had in these was 16 miles that took about 2 hours. I didn’t ever have issues with heel slippage.The photos are after 350 miles/5 months of wear and tear. The uppers still look great, the outsole is what wore out, and the midsole has significant permanent creases.

Got these for actually running in and I love em!! I was looking for something squishy with light stability and these are finally the match I've been searching high and low for (I've tried about a dozen other shoes in 4 different, popular running brands over the past year). These are officially my go-to's. DOWNSIDE: They really do run HOT if you've done your research and read reviews elsewhere -- it's true. SOOO not breathable at all. Also, they rub the back of your heels but the deodorant trick resolves that. Nonetheless, I'm fine dealing with the heat issue on a 45mins jog if it means my feet don't hurt afterwards because they're so comfortable! P.S. If you're new to Asics, order a whole size up.
Very comfortable
I had difficulty putting the shoe on due to the elastic tongue. And when my foot was in the shoe, the elastic tongue hurt the top of my foot because it was too tight. The elastic seemed to cut off circulation on the top of my foot.
