I am a big fan of Asics, particularly the Gel Kayanos. I've had the 26, 29 and now this. The improvements are really noticeable. I've used this for my 32km run and it felt great. It is an excellent pair of stability shoes and I'm extra happy I got it on sale.
I have the flattest, widest, little feet ever. Call me a hobbit. Minus the hair. 😂 Anyway, I had a big Disney trip coming up and I knew with my normal sneakers, my feet would ache after an hour and then my back and hip would hurt. (I’m only 35, but feel like 80 when I’m on my feet awhile) After walking around the park all day and putting 7 miles on them, my feet had hardly any pain. They are so comfortable. They are true to size, and if you have wide feet get the wide size. I ordered another pair in a 6 regular and can tell the difference. Enjoy these beauties for my fellow flat footers out there!
These shoes are nice and plush like walking on a cloud yet stable and durable!
These are roomy to my feet and attractive to the eye as well and my husband likes them too.
I bouth the shoes tried it for a week its amazing i think it made me walk faster 🫡 very very comfy light but.. I noticed that it is slippery if stepped on water on smooth floors.. Although i have the kayano 28 never had an issue..
I am familiar with the brand and have been wearing it for years. Exactly as I expected, perfect.
I have worn every model of this shoe since Gel-Kayano 19 and I’m sorry to say that this will be my last pair. I realize that ASICS has been increasing the width of this model over time in the effort to provide more stability, but for me, the dramatically increased width and depth of the Gel-Kayano 30 is extreme. As someone with a mid foot strike and neutral landing who just wants a cushy ride, the Kayano used to be perfect for me. Evidently ASICS has decided to direct this shoe exclusively to folks who over-pronate. I’ve worn the 30’s many times now and I just can’t get used to them. (And, not as important as comfort, but they look weird too.)
These shoes were recommended to me by a foot specialist. I have severe overpronation and these are so light when I got the box I wondered if the shoes were even in it. They're well made and they're comfortable. They don't have enough arch support though.
