I've worn Brooks Ghost shoes for many years. Comfortable, sizing as stated. Durable and clean up well. Great support for gym, running, walking all day.
My chiropractor recommended Brooks. I tried Dyads first which are heavier and provide good stability. Brooks' Ghost shoes are lighter and very comfortable. Orthotics fit in easily. Also comes in fun colors.
These athletic shoes are super comfortable and versatile for all kinds of activity. I use them for walking and the gym. Footbed is neutral, but there is plenty of padding. Plenty of room in the width and length. Like most of my athletic footwear, I go up a half size for more room in the toe box with socks. A great, all-purpose shoe. My go-to brand (Brooks) and model (Ghost). Highly recommend.
I just bought my second pair of these Brooks sneakers. They are very comfortable, fit well and have just the right amount of support. Also the blue color is bight and cheerful and I have received a lot of compliments on them.
The cushioning in the Ghost 14 is indeed outstanding. The shoes provide excellent impact absorption, which helps with my back pain.However, I have normal arches in my feet, and I expected a neutral running shoe like the Ghost 14 to fit comfortably. Unfortunately, the arch support area in these shoes is noticeably narrow and the arch support is too high for my neutral feet. The shoes caused both the arch of my feet and the outsides of my feet to hurt. The shoes were not comfortable from the beginning and it took about a month to break them in. Although I wear these to exercise, they are not my go-to shoes.
I use these mainly for walks around my neighborhood. They were comfortable right out of the box - no break in time, which was nice. Love the blue color as well. Would recommend!
Brooks Ghost 14 are the best fitting, supporting and comfortable shoe. I love them.
If you know this brand then I need not tell you anything but this particular one lives up to the brand! If you don’t know this brand - its reputation is great for how it supports the foot, how it wears daily, its quality is excellent and the shoes last a long time. I know several nurses that wear them and I wear them every day. They have made a real difference in my feet no longer hurting after long walks or standing for a long time. They are well worth the investment!!!
