I really like these shoes. They look and feel great. They're light but sturdy. These shoes have a stiff sole that some may not like. I have some Avia's that have a thin flexible sole. I prefer the stiffer sole. I feel like these protect and support my feet better.
Nice shoes, well constructed, waterproof. Good fit. Although not needed, I did put in a cushioned insole because I am on my feet a lot.
I purchased these about two weeks ago and so far I’ve used them from snow in Montana to deep slush in Chicago and they have kept my feet warm and dry. The shoe is light weight and the size was spot on. Keep in mind I have a narrow foot. The shoes have good grip on slippery surfaces. I would definitely purchase them again as long as they hold up in the long term.
My husband loves them, walks every day in them through mud and on the road. He says that the shoes are very comfortable and light weight
