I usually wear Hoka Graviatos, but switched to the Speedgoat this time. Speedgoats are much better for trails and off-road trekking. Love them!
New speed goat design runs much smaller than old model and has more narrow tow box. Order at least half a size larger than your regular shoe size.
It has a roll off to the toe, and a slight roll back to the heel, I guess making it somewhat impossible for a heel strike.It also has a thick pad under outside of foot palm, great if you suponate.Only reason its not a 5, is because it's typical running shoe colors. The black doesn't come in wide, and it's always sold out. So you may have to resort to dieing or painting these. Men dont generally like rainbow shoes.
This was a gift, but wish I would've gotten a picture of his face when he opened the box.He kept walking back and forth with a huge smile saying, "this is the most comfortableshoe I have ever had on my feet!"
The shoe is great but people who have wide feet may want to order a larger width
