I have the Newton Kismet and Fate, both in a size 9.5 (I also wear this size across Asics and Under Armour, and am typically an 8.5 in regular shoes). I have wide feet and my index (2nd) toe stretches beyond my big toe when I run, so I need extra toe room. Love the Kismet and Fate models, which required no breaking in, and of which I love run anywhere from 5ks to my two marathons in. I am also not new to minimalist style shoes. These ran small for me out of the box and I have not run nor will I run, long distances in them. I would have been more comfortable with these in a half to a full size larger.
