Usually, when I order something, I get a tracking number that works and it gives an update on where the product is located. For instance, 10:15 am Texas. I ordered the shoes on Dec 8. From December 8 to December 28 when I checked for updates, it stated: This product was shipped directly from the shipper. The tracking number did not work. On Jan 2, I finally got an update stating the shoes were held for carrier pick-up. It was extremely frustrating not knowing where the shoes were and having an invalid tracking number. I'm glad I got my shoes....would I buy another product from this company? No
Great and comfortable
They are so lightweight and supportive. I love the cushion on the heal and pad of my foot and that's where I have the most pain. They help so much as I have feet problems and high arches definitely an awesome pair of sneakers.
I first ordered this sneaker in a 9.5 for my 14 yr old grandson. This was the exact item his mom gave me on his Christmas list. I was reluctant to buy from this vendor due to the negative reviews and the fact I had to pay a delivery fee. The package arrived much faster than was indicated. But it turns out the sneakers were to small. I started the return process and took the package to UPS . it cost an arm and a leg to return them... But it was my choice to use them. I also ordered the same sneakers in a new size, which also came very fast. The vendor received the return but after 2 days I still didn't receive my refund. I contacted the seller requesting the refund. Whitin hours they contacted me asking for the tracking number of the return. Once I sent that info back they responded that I would receive the refund with 2 hours. That's exactly what happened. Overall, although it was a bit of a hassle, I was pleased with the product and the seller
These are very comfortable and slick looking. Actually, these are my second purchase. Main use is for exercise (running/ walking). Certainly would be a good for everyday use. Seem to be one of best pair I found that provides relief to my feet, knees, hips and back. I’m a tad under 300 lbs, so I really need a solid pair of running shoes. I find these to be it.
Wonderful shoes comfortable also looks crazy
Shoe came looking as represented on Amazon, however the underneath of shoe sole looks poorly made with inferior quality. Will be doing an update after wearing shoe to see how it holds or if it was a waste of money.
