Nike, the swoosh you know and love, began in 1964 as a handshake between a track coach and his athlete. Bill Bowerman and Phil Knight, fueled by a desire for better running shoes, started Blue Ribbon Sports, which later transformed into the global giant Nike. Their mission: to bring innovation and performance to athletes of all levels.
Nike is synonymous with pushing the boundaries of athletic performance. They constantly develop cutting-edge technologies like Air cushioning and Flyknit materials to deliver peak performance for athletes.
There is only one con of this shoe is that they run a little narrow. My son just turned five but he has quite wide feet and I always buy at least half or sometimes a whole size bigger than other well-known brands depending on shoe model. Other than that there is nothing bad about these sneakers. They are just well made, beautiful, light, comfy, and the quality is good. My son can easily destroy a new pair of sneakers in less than a month just playing in the playground or while at soccer practice but Nike usually lasts till he grows out of his size (for the exception of white sneakers-I like when shoes look clean, nice and presentable. I clean my son's white sneakers after each wear but they still do not last for a longer period of time. After a while no matter how hard I clean it the dirt does not come off from white leather or white canvas). But as I said there is nothing to do with the quality, it is just my son who is just a little kid and likes to be active and messy while outdoors. Nike shoes are pricey I get it but in my experience, I end up paying less money since they last long unlike other brands which tear after a couple of months of wear it. I will continue to buy this brand and totally reccomend it.
Love these for my toddler. They were the first real shoes I put her in because they are flexible. These are her second pair, and I sized up so she can wear them for more than 3 months. Even a little too big they are comfortable for her. The only improvement I would like would be a little more padding. But I love that they breathe well and don’t trip her. They are super cute too. The only name brand I will buy her until she stops growing so fast.
As expected! Very cute and well made. Will fit my 9 month old well with some wiggle room as he starts walking. Nice solid sole without being heavy like so many infant shoes are.
This is the first time my 6yo daughter has been excited for shoes that didn't contain rainbows, glitter, or have blinking lights. I think she's growing up. She thinks these are the coolest.. which to be honest, is a strong statement, since they are gray sneakers, with a hot pink swoosh on the side. She loves them, they fit true to size - I bought her the size 12 and they fit just fine and there seems to be room. For reference she wears a 12 in sketchers and an 11 in converse and they fit the same way.She went out of her way at slushy/snowy/muddy recess (march in new england is hard on shoes) to keep these clean, so I know she likes them! Would buy again.
Bought these for my little one and they did the job. Was looking for sneaker for her to wear to daycare each day. So far, these sneakers have held up with daily use and they’re super cute! She runs and plays in them without any issue. The only thing is they were a bit large. My little one has slim feet and she has room to grow into them do the size wasn’t an issue for me. Overall, I’d recommend purchasing.
Love the colors and the price but shoe has now started to fuzz up I guess it’s just that kind of material. I was hoping these would last her a while but I don’t see them lasting over 6 months for school Shoes. After they get fuzzy we will just use them as play shoes so we will be getting our money worth out of these shoes. My child is incredibly hard on shoes so hoping no one else has had these issues.
These work for very well for our active 3/4 year old and we our on our second pair as he nears age 4. They are flexible and the single velcro strap doesn't fall to pieces like other brands. The sole isn't an aggressive tread, but it is very high quality material that doesn't wear quickly. Our lil boy recognizes his Nike's and will always choose them by name out of a line-up of competitors so I am okay paying the brand name premium. When it comes to children's shoes it definitely seems that 1/2 price = 1/2 quality = 2X the headaches for parents.
This product is amazing! Very durable. Especially for kids that are rough and energetic. Don’t buy Fila or sketchers for kids that are active, they won’t last. At the end you will spend more money buying more shoes. I’ve made that mistake in the past. Nike is the way to go. A pair of these I bought for my daughter and they lasted her a whole year. They are made of good quality material. Other cheaper brands would trick you with their attractive design, but sometimes there is no quality.
