I was very impressed at how the shoes look exactly like they do in person. Very comfortable and pretty stylish. The only issue I had was that the vendor had some issues selling the shoes when I first purchased them. However, they reassured me that there was false alarm and my shoes would be on the way shortly. Overall, not too bad! I love the shoes and got them at a reasonable price. Apply a coupon or discount code if you're looking to save a little bit. But, you get what you pay for!
Shoes feel great!
Bought these thinking they were hogh quality shoes, they have a tear in the inside of right shoe, which makes them uncomfortable to wear. I had them right over a month, so my return window expired. I submitted a warranty claim but they denied it, due to amazon not being an authorized reseller:Thank you for sending in your warranty request and information. I sincerely apologize, however the retailer where you made your purchase is not a certified dealer of On products. On’s terms and conditions state that On warranty claims do “not extend to defects in products not ordered from the On website”. I have a couple pairs of Cloud Shoes. I have had plantar fasciitis in the past, good shoes are the best defense. , these particular shoes have higher arches than some of the other Cloud models, excellent support and comfort, highly recommend
