Just a few weeks past the warranty period, the shoes began to show unexpected signs of wear and tear, which was surprising and disappointing for a product of this caliber and cost.Seeking a solution, I contacted customer support, hopeful for a considerate response, especially given the timing. Sadly, my experience with customer support was underwhelming. The response lacked the empathy and understanding I anticipated from a brand of this stature. There was a clear reluctance to offer any assistance or acknowledge the possibility of a product flaw, which only added to my disappointment.This experience has significantly altered my perception of the brand. While I understand that all products have a lifespan, the lack of durability, especially for a high-priced item, and the indifferent customer service post-warranty have left me feeling let down.
