This pair of Salomons is exactly as advertised. I nearly did not buy it because I read a review from a previous customer who indicated he had used the shoe for just 3 weeks and it had completely worn out but upon buying the shoe I do not regret it. I find it confortable, the sizes fit and it is very light. Its grip on the ground is amazing, it's cut is perfect. This is a YES YES shoe.

I wish I could give Salomon zero stars these days. Their products have gone to the crapper. I’ve tried three different Salomon’s in the last 2 years and they all have no support. Terrible life span. Just overall horrible product. The thread doesn’t last, the insoles are flat, the lacing patterns are made for flat feet people only
Shoes fit perfect and true to size. Wry comfortable. Though they are rip stop they are not water resistant. However, true to Salomon these are great to wear
I have many speedcrosses. That shoe is fantastic both for build quality and fit, especially with the bit wider 5. This shoe is very similar in that the build quality is great, the tread fantastic, and fit great. Other than it is not quite the slip in shoe the speedcross is, due to the lack of boa type laces, it is very similar. The color scheme is fantastic with khakis. Very happy with them.
