Satisfactory Running Shoe

The Saucony Women’s Hurricane ISO 2 running shoes have been excellent shoes to train in. These shoes are designed for long-distance runners who are looking for shoes with adequate support, that are durable, that fit well, that are reasonably priced, and that are pleasing in appearance.SupportRunning can be hard on the body, especially for the lower back, knees, and feet, so shoes with enough support to alleviate the pain a little bit are really important to have. These Saucony shoes have sturdy arch and side support, which in turn will help you have less painful runs. While having good support, these shoes are still flexible and lightweight, which all support a natural gait.DurabilitySo far in my training, these shoes have endured eight weeks and 140 miles through torrential downpours, mud, and extreme heat on both dirt and cement trails. Aside from being dirty and a little worn where I pull the shoelaces tight, these shoes are holding up really well. The support and cushioning haven’t worn down much yet. A general rule of thumb is that running shoes should last around 300 to 500 miles, so these shoes should have a couple hundred more miles left in them.FitThis shoes fits well on average feet, or not particularly wide or narrow feet. Typically, I wear size 7.5 running shoes, but after reading the reviews for these shoes, I decided to order an 8. The 8 fit perfectly, so these shoes do run about half a size small.PriceThese shoes are $57.00, which is a price that cannot be beaten when it comes to quality running shoes. This is an excellent price for anybody, but especially runners on a budget.AppearanceWhile the appearance of shoes is not as important as comfort and durability, it is a pleasant bonus when the design is appealing. The designs of this particular shoe are vibrant and colorful, which is beneficial both for looks and safety if you decide to run in the dark.In conclusion, these long-distance running shoes have good support, are durable, fit well, are reasonably priced, and have a pleasant appearance. If you are in need of a new pair of running shoes, whether you have been running your whole life or you would like to start training for your first race, these shoes would be an acceptable choice.

I absolutely LOVE these! I was long overdue for a new pair of running shoes. I ordered these after trying on the newest Hurricane models in a specialty running store. In store, I tried on a 7, my usual size, but found that the 7 was definitely too small. I ordered the 7.5 and absolutely love it!They are extremely comfortable and well-cushioned but also feel supportive, like little clouds on my feet. They are actually so supportive and comfortable that I ran one of the fastest 5K times that I have on the treadmill! I was also able to run a very long distance with absolutely no foot discomfort. There was absolutely no blistering or foot issues (I do have some knee sensitivity, but I have had that regardless of shoes).Additionally, the shoes are also adorable! They are a very pretty bright pink (like a neon pink) with electric blue accents. I can't wait to wear them for my next 5K this weekend!

Saucony ISO 2

Wasn't always a fitness/gym rat junkie. Initially starting working out just under ten years ago (just turned 30), I have worked myself up from 3 times a week on 30 minute elliptical workouts to 6-7 dayA week workouts at least an hour-2 a day. Have had been diagnosed w osteoporosis at 27 and have had pronation problems for a while. But after switching to more intense cardio I realized my shoe sizing was off and so was my choice in sneakers. I always believe in the best of the best if it has to do w body etc- I inicially started w nikes which at the time were probably fine for little elliptical use. Then discovered Mizonos wave runner I believe (for probation). They seemed to work for a while since my foot was fairly narrow. I originally started w 9.5 in my nikes, ten in Mizonos. Then 10.5. I also did brooks (the best ones made for pronation) about 5 years back and a pair of new balance since my dad wore new balance and figured we had similar feet issues. I preferred my new balances over the other two in time and when I went to get a new pair or was on the market looking they sized me as an 11. I'm 5'7 and a half and though I don't weigh myself I keep track of my size through clothing (wearing a zero/2, and an xs or small in tops, small chest, and wear 25 inch jeans/shorts but obviously waist is smaller). But the problem w a lot of the pronation shoes are they are heavier then a lot of the cooler nuetral running shoes out there. I have been tested at a few places w my running gait and had them offer me suggestions even saying I could pretty much have any show within limits if I put a special insole. To me it seemed am too much of a hassle. I had looked at sauconys around 4-5 years ago. At first the 10a were too small but he 10.5 were too big or wide. But insuppose w running your foot can grow as my certainly has w running shoes. I finally transitioned to the saucony hurricane in a 10.5 about 5 years ago as they felt plusher then all the above listed shoes (and also noticed that although the Mizonos are wonderful shoes w my foot seeming to expand some of my toes seemed to be getting squished or not enough room in the box toe area (and I don't wear thin or thick socks), in between. Since after a year or so I finally moved to a size 11 (I think this was the hurricane 16). I realized I needed more room and they were much better than the 10.5. When they changed into ISO last year I was excited. They looked much cooler and hip and were a tad lighter then their older models. Though I've purchased about 50-60% of my sauconys though Amazon, I have had to purchase them else where when I found a better deal or needed them right away. I tend to update every 3-5 months based on the condition I'm in (have had multiple stress fractures and injuries from falling,Over exercising and bad bones). I did point out at a local running store where I purchased a pair there that that pair felt more clunky then the one I got from Amazon in a diff color (same model). He explained that they are all made the same but not every shoe will always be from the same vendor or place etc. the best pair of the previous isos were the neon. Since then I got two more of that model in be other colors, and this year two of the ISO 2 hurricane (first the blue) and now recently the coral (hated this color combination and ordered another pair of running shoes just to see if I could pull it off but they didn't top the comfort or stability j need in this shoe). I am sure they will come out w a better color in the summer or late fall, and if not by early-mid winter the ISO 3 will be realised. Haven't noticed any huge differences between the ISO 2 and ISO 1 expect perhaps they are a tad more cushiony which is always a plus. I thought about the redeemer but hesitated because there are already past the weight of like to have on my feet and those were another ounce or two more, and felt that would only slow my running down but might give it a try down the road. Either way I have been a true saucony fan for years and size 11 seems to be perfect in the normal width and only hope they one out w prettier colors for women/girls that can't wear all those awesome running shoes for normal feet! Not to mention I got these coral pair during the Amazon promo a few weeks ago on saucony running shoes (I am not really due for them for another month or two since I had injured myself a few times in winter so have had to lay of running mileage- but for under $100 it's something that will not go to waste! Also they hold up extremely well (then again I do most/95 percent of my exercise at the gym on the treadmill).
