I was looking for a good distance running shoe and I think this will be in my rotation for sure! Just finished a 4.5 mile run with no pain! I supinate pretty bad with one foot and these shoes seemed to help with that.I got the wide width in my normal size and they seem fine but after one run I think I would go up 1/2 size in the future. These shoes have incredibly soft cushion with some bounce. I noticed it helping me when I got a little fatigued but they don’t bounce in the sense that they help you run faster (if that makes sense). I definitely had to put in that effort when I wanted to speed up. For the amount of cushion, I didn’t notice any stability issues but I have been running in the kinvara 13 lately so it’s a huge difference that I wasn’t sure I’d like but I didn’t end up minding it.The arch support is great, very firm and noticeable. I initially thought it felt like it was too far back for me but as my feet settled into the shoes, it felt perfect. The traction was good, the pavement was wet and I had no issues. The fit is also good, once I loosened up the laces 😬.This will be my go to running shoe for when my legs are feeling tired and would highly recommend for walking or long periods of time on your feet. Sauconys are solid shoes!!
I love Sauconys, I've always used Saucony running shoes, even when I try other brands, I ALWAYS come back to Saucony. I was trying on some Altras at a sporting goods store and found these Triumph 20's on the clearance table. The second I put them on, I knew they were the right ones. They have a ton of coushin, which I've been needing more and more of now that I've been running for 33 years. I found them on Amazon for WAY cheaper and have loved them! I've run in them every day for about 3-5 miles (yeah, I'm getting old!) and I love the coushin. I can feel it squish when I run, and my knees are feeling great! Love them! (Sorry if I'm spelling COUSHIN wrong, my spell check isn't helping me at all, and that word doesn't look right.)
I'm marathon training. I love the color & how comfortable these are for long runs.
I have large bunions, flat feet and pronate. These shoes are very comfortable and keep me moving even with my many foot issues.
I used to exclusively wear another brand to run until my Mom converted me last year. I bought a pair of Triumph 19s and have worn them out, so of course I came for the 20s. The shoes are lightweight, well made, and supportive. I know people knock the sole for looking styrofoam-y, but this is the same/similar boost material that Adidas used and it is wonderful - cushy, supportive, and gives a little...boost to your step. I think the only downfall for me is in comparing this shoe to the prior Triumph 19. Obviously things get redesigned as time goes on, but it always stinks to find a shoe you love and then have it changed. The toe box feels much narrower than the 19s, which is a real bummer, and also seems like a silly move for Saucony to make. The top is stretchy so I'm hoping it'll loosen up a bit. The fit seems a bit different as well. I am a women's size 6.5-7. In the 19s, I accidentally bought a 7.5 and by the time I realized they were a bit to big, I'd already worn them enough that they weren't returnable. I then accidentally ordered a 7.5 in these since I just looked at my old tag and I'm glad that I did - no idea how I'd get my foot into the 7. This could possibly be the toe box fitting more snugly, I'm not sure. But there is no way I could wear my true size in the 20s. I let my Mom know these were on sale, she also ordered some, and had to size up by a half size. So take that for what it's worth. Either way, overall a great shoe! Love Saucony for the quality and attention to detail. Also really love the super bright Horizon Gold.
I love Triumph Saucony running shoe! I have high arches which means I need a neutral shoe and not just any shoe When I find one that is comfortable, wide toe box, and cushioned, I buy multiples!! I walk 14-17 miles a day These are great!!!
Honestly. I really wanted to like these. They are cute and comfortable. I didn’t think I had more requirements for a work shoe. But… they squeak. Like- a lot. So much so that people can hear me coming from down the hall and have started commenting on it. The squeaking gets to you- it’s maddening. Would be a good option if you are hard of hearing? Idk.
I am a fan of Saucony shoes. I wear these for walking. They’re super comfortably on concrete or asphalt. The laces could be a little longer, but that’s my only complaint (and a minor one). I will get another pair when these wear out.
