This shoe is perfect for any cross country or trail runner. It is extremely light and durable. My son has run all of his cross country practices and races this season with this shoe and the soles still have a lot of grip left. It is such a good shoe for the price that I bought him a second pair for next year. Would highly recommend.

Low and very soft hill, overall bad quality. in one week after wear sole fully penetrated by toothpick. And parts olready start segregation. i don't even run.Terrible quality
