Where were these shoes in my life? These are great, comfortable with plenty of arch support. I have walked back and forth, working in an office. These shoes held up wonderfully without losing its shape. My only complaint is after 6 hours, the right shoe weighed down my bunion and it began to hurt. But it still held up when my foot began swelling up. Thanks, Skechers!
These ran large for me, almost returned them. I put an athletic insole in them and kept them. These have the most soft foam soles. They are almost like slippers. I walk to the mailbox and back and out grocery shopping. Amazing comfort. I will buy again, have held up well, less than a year so far. I don't run In them, I bought the Sketchers go walk's for that. Sketchers makes great shoes.
Ok, let's be honest. When you think of men slip on shoes, you think of little kids and old people. Or at least I do. I have never worn a pair of shoes that didn't have to be "secured" to your feet with either laces, or buckles, other than western boots, etc. Of course the leather dress shoes I am not counting because they are a different style. Anyway, the thought of these shoes seemed like I was either slipping back to my infancy youth or rapidly heading into 4pm dinner buffets and bed time before dark. Fortunately, neither was the case.These shoes are ideal for slipping on quickly to run outside. Great for wearing to the store in a hurry. Or walking the dog at 2am when nature suddenly demanded her presence. Honestly, these shoes are handy all of the time. And comfortable. And reasonably attractive as far as basic shoes go.At least my wife, who is very fashion aware, but highly practical, doesn't oppose my wearing and using of these shoes. We all know that there are some men who shouldn't dress themselves, after all, we have seen them in public. But she doesn't mind my wearing these shoes at all. Now, I am not talking about wearing these to a funeral or a wedding (how did those two come to me in the same thought.....just kidding) but wearing them around the house, in a non dressed up manner.These are some of the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. They stay on your feet and don't flop around, but they are easy to slip on and secure by pulling the heel over your foot. I suggest you order them if you are looking for comfortable shoes which are easy to put in. I know I sure like them,.........So does my dog who needs to go outside in the middle of the night because she is bored and wants to see what her animal friends are up at 2am.................We are working on that issue...........Get these shoes. You will be glad you did.............I am and so is my dog............
I did not buy these shoes to workout, so no comments on that. I bought them specifically for excessive walking for travel - going through airports, airport security, planes, etc. There's a lot of cushioning in the sole, and I think it looks a bit much, teetering on a little weird because of it; but after wearing them, they could light-up with each step and sing Mary had a Little Lamb and I'd still wear them!Review:I was hoping they would be comfortable and easy off and easy on. They are both extra comfortable and are off, and back on, in seconds. They do describe them as slip-ons but you can see they are not a house slipper for those who are complaining. To put the shoe on (like after airport security for example) you just put your foot in (while standing if you want) and use a finger or two to pull the heel on - takes 1 second, and off you go on your merry way. No sitting and wasting time tying laces.Mostly though, they are really extra comfortable. I'm buying a second pair because I know that they will probably change the design soon or discontinue the shoe or something stupid like that, and that will be just when they wear out and I want another pair!In fact, I like them so much that I ditched my expensive running shoes that I was using for travel in favor of these.
Great lounge wear slip on. Not the best for side intensive walking on uneven surface (walking in woods). Very cushiony and comfortable, ease to slip on and off.
