Fit great, comfortable,good support
I tried on several other styles at the Sketcher Outlet near me but only a few of them had the soft inter sole that these have. The others that did were either too tight across the instep or uncomfortable in other ways. These are for the trail so the toes of the shoes are curved up which I like. The laces are round, a little stretchy, and STAY TIED. However, I had to take them out of the top eyelet as they were too short to tie easily. But that's okay with me as I see no reason to use that top one. I didn't realize these shoes were water repellent but love that feature. Another pro is the light grey color of the sole. (White shows dirt too much.) Also the tread on the shoe bottom makes it easy to clean. (Wise since they are for trail use. I hate soles with closed in tread.)I will probably buy these in another color. (One last thing...Amazon beat the outlet store price by $5.00.)
These are the most comfortable shoe. I have a slightly wide foot and they feel like waking on pillows.
But they were too small
Don't let the good price scare you, these are quality shoes that hold up. My wife plays tennis in these, and she has no problem running down shots, with no pain or anything afterwards, and the shoes have held up for months just fine. All this at about half the price of sneakers you get in a brick and mortar or in a pricier brand. They look cool too, but that's a matter of taste.
Fit was on target and has the comfort i need for a 5 k walk. Great for the Gym
I had purchased these as a Christmas gift for my daughter who was previously wearing a pair of Nike shoes that were worn out. When she returned home from college I had her put on a blind fold to try them. I wanted to make sure I had the correct size before I wrapped them. It was fun to watch her enjoy how good the shoes felt on her feet without even seeing the design or brand. She was so excited to receive them for Christmas. When she finally got to open the present, she was pleased with the design. She loved that they were mostly black with a touch of aqua to make them look so nice. This purchase was definitely a win!
