We’ve also added the STI Flo tongue to maximize air flow to keep his feet nice and cool. Other features include an elastic tongue strap for superior fit and lace loops to protect the laces. The Pro Foam 1 PU insole combined with the Evolution Foam midsole creates maximum impact protection and support for jumping. Whether it’s big stairs, gaps or ledges, The JOSL1N is perfect for all his needs.

Etnies Michelin cupsole models run at least 0.5 small for most, hence my "Too Small" sizing note. With that, any time I buy a Marana or Joslin/Josl1n shoe from Etnies, I go 0.5 up and they fit comfortably. Some could go 1.0 up if they have really wide feet. These are adequately wide/roomy in your correct size, which makes them really comfortable to wear when walking around and especially when skating in them.No issues or flaws with stitching, glue, tags, or anything! Love these! They are slightly thinner in padding: tongue and collar than the previous Joslin model before they updated to the Josl1n version. The fit is almost identical and they skate almost the same because of it. These now have lace flap protectors on the bottom 1-2 lace eyelets, but the ones above it do not have any lace protecting flaps, unlike the previous Joslin, which did.I like the "M" shaped "E" etnies logo on these. They make them pop, but I'm sure you can rip the logo off for a cleaner side panel if the bigger logo isn't your thing.Durable, comfortable, well padded, breathable mesh tongue, stiff (a good stiff) construction, and ready to skate after a few walks around the town!
