As other reviewers have said, the shoes do look much more black than grey. Only in very bright sunlight can you tell that they are more of a charcoal color than black.I don't think I can post other brand names here, but I usually wear low profile skate shoes that aren't too puffy to work. These shoes are much more comfortable than the main competitor in this market, and the material/quality of build is better than the $60 pairs I used to get.5/5 I purchased a second pair and don't regret it.
So, so comfortable. Love them. They are sturdy and well built.
Meets expectations based on reviews - one minor concern I have is that other reviewers have mentioned their feet over-pronating. I can notice some pronation, I’ve never noticed it before and thus this shoe could be correcting a lack of normal probation.I notice it’s more comfortable to stand with my feet a bit farther apart - roughly shoulder width, which I really appreciate compared to Nike SBsI don’t skate any more, but when I did I really enjoyed Etnies - the quality still gives me that feeling of unpacking something niceYMMV, overall I’m cautiously optimistic
I've had these shoes for about two months and they are about to be trashed. The rubber around the edge of both shoes is falling off at each flex point. I just have flaps of rubber hanging off that get caught on carpeting. Also, the slightest bit of water on the soles makes it feel like you are ice skating on cement.
The shoes are really cool looking however they looked grey, but said it was navy, in the photo and when they arrived they definitely look black. Also they are extremely stiff and hard, which makes them kinda uncomfortable.
Fits more narrow feet than other pairs of size 10 jameson eco 2 that I have had. Decided to return them.
Good quality & comfort.
