I love these shoes Omg I have been sk8ing 15 years I wish I had tried globe earlier. . I was getting frustrated with sk8 shoe companies but this one is great, lots of Aussie stuff is well made . These are as light as vans and way tougher, idk why people are saying they wear quick b/c I didn't find that true at all. I will probably just buy the exact same shoe again next time, I like it as much as the first andrew reynolds pro model (aka best shoe ever) I skate better in these even with the laces untied there is a really cool elastic band and tounge setup it runs through the outer part of the tounge and the tounge can move freely, I love it and the heel is way comfy too toes are the best roomy
I absolutely love these shoes. Sturdy, high quality canvas, soft cushion lining and fantastic arch support.Of course they look fresh with any outfit, but what really got me was the fit. Straight out of the box, these bad boys fit like a glove. No need for adjusting, I was able to put them on and go. Plenty of space to move around the ankle area without feeling like they are hanging open or going to fall off. I own a few pairs of Etnies, amongst other skate shoes, that are kind of similar, but nowhere near as comfortable.Anyway, I highly suggest doing yourself a favor and purchasing a few pairs of these beauties.
I ordered a 11.5 Black/Tobacco Gum and it fits really well. The elastic bands inside (on the sides) are helpful for a even more snuggier fit, and don't bother me at all. However, I was expecting a less bulkier shoe. When I wear them, it kinda looks like a boot, and not a shoe. The color is also somewhat darker than the images. Yea, I know I couldn't expect much since I ordered the "BLACK/Tobacco Gum", but the images suggest something grey-ish, and not entirely black.I'm using the shoe solely for skating, since it offers good lower ankle protection.. Apparently it will be very durable.
This shoe is everything I’ve been looking for. I needed a nice and stylish skate shoe for a good price and these fit the mold perfectly. The rubber is pretty solid it’s been holding on it own well and none of the shoe has fallen apart on me yet. Most shoes I own like to break down on me wishing a month or two so this is great. Definitely my go to show from now on!
Nine out of ten times shoes I buy on line are too tight even though I always order my size 10.5. These are actually loose but in a good way. They are comfortable and roomy. For that reason alone they get a five star but for it's style I have to give it a ten star. Plain cool is the only description that comes to mind. Low key yet ultra modern. I can't say enough good things about these shoes. Oh, wait, the price. For less then $60.00 these are better then $120.00 shoe I have purchased in the past.
Great shoes. I bought these after reading good reviews. I bought two pair the tobacco/gum and Choco/Brown Fur. I did see some sizing issues that others had posted but decided to get my usual 13. The tobacco pair fits perfect but the brown are a little tight but nothing to really complain about. This is honestly my favorite style globe has out right now.
Best skate shoes for their amazing price. Look nice. Feel great. Skated through my first pair and just bought another. I will continue to buy them as they are economical, comfortable, and perfect for skating. Didn't need to size up because I realized that they just require a little breaking in and they fit perfectly. Wore them with my Footprint insoles.
When I got these I wasn't sure what to expect since the soles did not match. I'm assuming it was a manufacturing error just for the pair I bought, because the insole of the right dipped way down making it awkward to walk in nonetheless to skate in. However, once I switched out the insoles, the shoes were great! There aren't many good mid skate shoes out there in this price range that have my size (size 14). The suede is good also, I have been skating a few times a week for more than a month and no holes as of yet. They also have centering straps so the tongue doesn't move. Just letting you know that I am big guy, with wide and flat feet, so your opinion may differ. I will be buying these again shortly.
