These slippers are so nice and the size is perfect. I am a seven and a half and I always get slippers that are too small or too big these are perfect I could not recommend these enough and the price is a good savings
If you’re a true size 7 … then you’re probably not going to buy these … they run closer to a 71/2 or a true 8
These slippers are soft, with a memory foam foot bed. I cannot say how comfortable they are for walking or standing because they did not fit me. The thick upper would be very warm for Fall and Winter wear.I like the solid outer sole, as I have a tendency to go outside in my slippers. These are perfect for that.I normally wear an 8 1/2 to size 9. I saw the recommendation to get a size smaller and read several reviews saying the same. I ordered the medium and they didn't work at all for me. Granted, my normally wide feet were a bit swollen when I received them, but the slippers were too short as well as far too narrow. I managed to get my foot into one but it was way too tight and short, I had to return them.I can say these slippers are well made and definitely suitable for indoor/outdoor wear. I cannot say fairly how comfortable they would be.I don't know that they are worth more than $50 though. That seems a bit overpriced to me.
I’ve been looking for a comfy, warm house shoe that I can wear outside in wet weather and I found it! These feel sturdy, cozy, and stay dry. They’re a bit heavy due to the soles, but not so much that I notice it while walking around. Unlike some of the other reviews, my super narrow size 8 feet fit the medium size perfectly. They aren’t too big or wide like some other reviewers noted; maybe Dearfoams adjusted the sizing due to feedback. My feet don’t slip out or feel like I’m trying to walk in boats. They do look a little dorky, but I’m not trying to make a fashion statement at home. So far I like these shoes and look forward to getting through a Pacific Northwest winter in them.
This is such a iconic style and really hard to find when you remember to go looking for them. Dearfoams, please keep this style around it a classic.
These slippers are made very well, and they look great! I am a woman who wears 8 1/2 - 9 size shoes in the US. I ordered a large based on the size chart because I am in between sizes. I should have ordered the smaller size. These are fabulous but they slip off my feet when I walk. I can't wear them because of this. They have plenty of room for inserts, and I would probably want them anyways as they are not as cushy as other moccasins I have purchased. Perhaps if I add an insert they will fit better. All in all, a very nice slipper, just size down if you are in between sizes. I would still recommend them!
These slippers are, simply, odd. I got them in "medium" which is supposed to fit sizes 7-8. I typically wear a size 8-8.5 and based on reviews saying these run a bit large, I didn't expect to have a problem. Unfortunately, they're too big. They would probably be ok with a thicker sock on, but thick socks + slippers is overkill. In addition to the odd fit, the toes point outward a bit, which makes them almost feel like they're not on the right foot. I don't like that at all, because on top of fitting oddly they look odd as well. If you're looking for a cushiony soft footbed, they don't offer that either, being some of the stiffest slippers I've ever tried. These do have a couple of redeeming qualities including a nice grippy rubber sole and they are well constructed of nice materials, but those things matter far less when you can't get a proper fit or a reasonable level of comfort. If you can find the proper fit and are looking for a stiffer feeling slipper, you might enjoy these, but those aren't attributes I look for in slippers, so for me, it's a pass.
