This was my second pair of these slippers. They were still comfortable, like my original pair. As you can see from the photo, this time they did not even make it four months, before the sole started coming apart.Will not by Hanes in the future- seems that their quality is not what it used to be!
I Wear Slippers A Lot So Naturally Eventually They Do Wear Out. However, The Quality Of This Product Is Pretty Good. The Cushioning Of The Bottom Of Your Foot Wears Out Within A Couple Months And After A Few Months After That, The Seams Tend To Come Apart And The Fabric Inside Starts To Tear And Makes Holes. Now Keep In Mind That Is Wearing Your Slippers For Like All Day For Those Months. They Do Tend To Run Large. I Would Highly Suggest Getting One Size Smaller Than Your Foot Size.

These slippers are very nice but unfortunately, as I stated in my title, they are true to size. I say unfortunately because my husband wears a 10 1/2 W, which these don't come in. I ordered a size larger to compensate for the "W" but they flip when he walks, which COULD be grounds fir divorce!!! I hate to return them, but it's easier than a divoce!
Finding the right house slippers is hard. It shouldn't be.This is my 2nd pair of Hanes.The more expensive ones are far too hot causing sweaty feet. That's not good.These are soft and great for the first 3-4 months. Then the inside heals rip and the foam becomes flat without any spongy feeling anymore.My work-around is to add gel insoles after the first rips happen. With that modification, these are great until the rubber bottoms rip apart 1-2 yrs later.I wear these slippers about 7 months of the year while working from home. The tops are fine, but cannot be washed in a machine. Vacuum is the only way to clean or with a slight scrubbing with a damp cloth.Just wish they were more durable. At least they don't make my feet sweat but do keep them toasty.
I had to return them though i liked them very much and feel like walking on a cloud because they are wider than i thought and like. If you have a wide foot, totally recommend them.
Not only comfortable, but the excellent sole is nice and grippy on carpets and hardwood floors. Size is a bit large; I would get one size less than what I got.
