My grandson loves these. Seem well made and fit well.
We love them!! my daughter and son, wearing them ever since she got them. They’re flexible, have a great grips, comfortable material, waterproof, and they are Velcro and easy to put on and takeoff which is a bonus. Great for walking climbing casual outdoor fun and we plan to use them for hiking. I ordered them a size up but they are a little big on her, so we’re just wearing fixed socks. She doesn’t seem to have any problems, the only issue I see is if you look at one of the pictures the Velcro and one of them it does not stick. I’m not sure if that’s her but it’s constantly on Velcro so I’m going to be looking into that a little deeper other than that, I think this is a great shoe for a busy toddler, and she seems to agree with me . I’m hoping to get much use out of these and lots of walking. She was very flexible ‘s, comfortable, and there’s rubber on the front which saves the life of the shoe. I’m a big fan on quality sneakers that are long lasting, and can handle the wear and tear of a young toddler who is very busy and never stops moving so I think these will do just the trick.
My daughters have a wide foot and this brand gives them the most comfortable fit bc of the more natural shape and extra allowance in the toe area of their shoes. It’s a light weight and has great grip( I think it’s the rubber they use) without the heavy treads. I got these hoping they were as good as the keens I wear and they are.
These hold up pretty well, my 7 year old goes through shoes very quickly, these have lasted longer then most.
Wow these shoes are great. They give my son’s toes to grow and develop properly. They have just enough flexibility and stiffness to allow him to climb and run without restricting his foot movements. They are easy for him to put on/off independently ( he just turned 5) but also stay on during all his intense play.
Let me start off by saying I'm an autistic adult. I typically wear Crocs if I can't go barefoot or just in socks. However Crocs aren't that great in the rain. These shoes are a great alternative. I get lots of good sensory feedback while wearing them. When I walk on gravel I can tell that it is a non solid surface. It isn't painful at all. I just feel that I'm walking on lots of small surfaces. I have worn them in damp grass for a little bit and my socks did not get wet at all. (Wet socks are unacceptable.) They are very easy to get on. There is a good bit of room for adjustment in the Velcro strap. My ankles are rather large and I can easily fasten it securely. They stay securely in place on my foot. The top of my foot feels gently hugged. I can move my foot freely in the shoe. I love these shoes so far. They do not have much padding in the foot bed but it doesn't feel uncomfortable. I realize that this is an oddly detailed review. I really hope it helps other actually autistic individuals. Shoes with good feedback that are not ones that let in moisture are hard to find at a reasonable price. I got them on sale for about $25 and it was very well spent. I would definitely pay more for them in the future.
I tried two pairs of these this summer. The first pair went back within a month because it didn’t hold up to minimal wear while my petite 4 yr old rode her scooter in our drive way. Not even daily wear for her.The second pair was worn over the summer by my 2 yr old - minimal wear cause he also wore his sandals majority of the summer. He also was carried a lot in a carrier or rode in a stroller on long walks so any wear was from his minimal scooting around in our driveway on his little riding toys. These shoes are crap. Save your money.Keen has gone the cheap route and I can no longer be a customer of theirs after over a decade of loving their shoes for my other kids. They started coming out with new versions of loved styles a few years ago and that’s when the trouble started. I had moderate hopes for these but they fell apart just like all the other newer models I have tried as my kids have grown..
