I love these sneakers, but I can't wear them. They are super cute, stylish, comfy, go with everything, and sturdy. But they are the SQUEAKIEST shoes I've ever owned!!!!! I've tried everything. It's not a foot powder cure. It's the plastic soles where it meets the rubber sides. It's intolerable. Really want to love them, but they are unwearable.UPDATE** I did love these so much and couldn't find anything I liked better so I ordered another pair hoping the squeak was a one-off. Just got my new pair, been wearing them for a week, and no squeak!! Yeah. Buy them. They go with everything and are very high-quality that is worth the price.

I haven't seen the "Safari" color elsewhere. I got an immediate compliment my first time wearing them. I was a little bit disappointed in the fit as I have several other Superga sneakers & I imagined these would fit the same. I'm assuming they will after I wear them for a while. I'm happy with my purchase.
I have been wanting to try these shoes for a while, but they were just a bit too expensive. I decided to give them a try when I found a great price here. It took a couple weeks for the order to arrive, which was disappointing, but understandable during Covid times. The weight on the box says 2.5lbs, and they are heavier than your average sneaker. The canvas is a bit stiff straight out of the box, as is the sole, but once you start walking, you can feel how comfortable they are. I've worn them several times, and each time I wear them, they get more comfortable, not to mention they look great! The only reason I give this 4 stars instead of 5, the heel is a bit big, even when wearing no show socks, so there is a bit of slippage, but not enough for me to return the shoe. Other than the heel, it does run a bit big. Depending on the shoe style, I wear both an 8.5 and 9. I ordered an 8.5, and they fit fine (besides the heel).
Totally a personal opinion. I really wanted to like this shoe. Well priced, looks cute - perfect summer white tennis shoe. Firstly - I ordered my normal size: 7. It arrived and was too large. I'm not fussed about that - if I liked it - I would play Goldilocks until I rec'd a shoe that fit.This is a really well made shoe. Great stitching & construction. Great price, too! What I did not like: the shoe is heavy. Heavy out of the box and noticeably heavy to wear. Held onto it for a few days deciding if I was going to return or exchange. In the end, I reluctantly decided to return them.
This is better than my 3 diget priciest sneakers. These are extremely well made, great side support and toe box room. In all my sneakers I take out insole and put in my own orthotics. These are tremendous and now the shoe I grab and go. Looks great, comfortable and I am in stylish. I am going to go back and try to get colors for fall. I can get 4 pair of these great sneakers for the price of my ortho recommended clunky sneakers.
Do you need a perfect quintessential every day type of shoe? SUPERGA is the BEST brand for this!!I wear these brand daily and they are:1) Comfort: Love for walking BUT wear socks if you are walking over 2 hours since they can be cause a little discomfort if you don’t2) High arches - they are great for my feet even with those3) Material and Upkeep - these are canvas so any spots can be wiped off and I recommend spraying shoes with stain prevention like any sneaker for easy cleaning4) Fashionable - I pair them with jeans, dresses and they are a basic staple to wear in every versatile way5) Fit - I have wide feet and ordered a half size up than what I usually wear and they are great. They are also good if you have plantar fasciitis or a wide toe box.6) Longevity - I have gotten tons of wear of them (3x a week for standing for 8-9 hrs) and they last and have shown wear after a year.7) Price - some styles are higher but AmazonI am on my 4th purchase of Supergas so highly recommend the brand and buy them to stock up whenever they are on sale.
