Son chose them and he loves the boots
I had to return the first pair of UGG boots, because the right boot tongue was sewn in crooked, which also then caused discomfort with the boot poking me in the right leg. But since the left boot felt great & looked good, plus fit well, I reordered the same boots & returned pair as defective, once I received the 2nd pair, just incase I needed to switch individual boots. 2nd pair fit great & felt very comfortable. Shipping was quick & return process quick, easy, & free. I love these boots that are warm & comfy, & built very well. Nice looking also, when out running errands.
I NEVER thought I'd ever own an UGG product. I am normally not a side zip boot kind of guy. These are soft, well made, and seem to be very durable!!!

Replaced the first pair and exact same defect. Never seen anything like this in any shoe, but as soon as the upper leather gets wet the black dye comes off-as in severely. Black dye all over your clothes and leaving a trail in the snow. Read the description on their site and it says they are not meant to get wet…ummmm? Absolute junk
