Quick Conclusion:— Pro’s —-No leaks!!-Quality construction & glues-Durable yet lightweight-Easy on/off, they stay in place unlike others-Fit is great (closer to an athletic shoe than a boot which I love because they obviously don’t have laces)-Warm, but not overbearing-Stylish (for rubber boots...), I am frequently asked about them— Con’s —-Small particles can fall in because they aren’t very tall (I also bought them because they aren’t overly tall)-They weren’t free.. (idk, I can’t think of any other cons)As a civil engineer/land surveyor, I am always in & out of the woods, on construction sites, walking through wetlands etc. “Waterproof” work boots all lose their waterproofing once they’ve been scuffed up by brush & construction debri. I’ve tried multiple pairs of rubber boots from the knock off brands (typically in the $60-$70 range), bad experiences across the board and resisted buying other muck boot & bogs options because they don’t seem to fit very snug. Knock off brands seem to hold up for about 2 weeks until a seam splits or they get a puncture, without fail they fail. These are the first pair of rubber boots that actually fit well. I purchased size 10M in these (I am a 10.5M in Nike/10M in Adidas) and I could almost go for a run in them because they’re very form fitting. Easy on/off, soft & comfortable inner, light, yet very well made. I’ve worn them in temps down to 10deg f with just one pair of socks and was plenty warm. Ive had days walking +10,000 steps and didn’t get any foot fatigue because they stay put & again are light. My one word of caution would be to make sure they align with how you plan to use them. Meaning, they are only 5” tall (which is why I bought them), but if you only plan to wear them through wetlands, tall brush or use in water deeper than 3”-4” I’d look at a different style with a taller shaft. Small bits of leafs & debri can fall in when walking in deep woods, but it’s a compromise I’d be happy to make again due to how great they are in many other areas.
Love these boots! Easy to slip off on, warm & fit perfectly! Great quality.
Boot is true to size. Good quality. Fully waterproof. Great for everyday winter wear.
Great 3 season boot. Warm, comfortable and easy on. Not tall enough for the real snowy days but will keep you warm and dry for most situations.
Muck boots have been my winter standard for years. I've ordered three previous pairs, and if anything - in the past - they've been sized a bit larger than the number indicates. This year's boots, same model as previous years, are far too tight - couldn't get them on at all. Be careful, and order a size larger than your usual size. However, Muck boots are still the best. They're comfortable, keep feet dry, and each previous pair has lasted me at least 400-600 miles (50 miles/month, 4 months per year, about 3 years of wear) of winter walking!Highly recommended, but watch out for the size change.
Good boots and good price. Nice for running errands in winter/sloppy weather. Easy on and off. I wear a shoe size of 10 wide and these size 9 fit well.
My husband wears a 10.5 in shoes. I bought him a size 10 in these boots and they fit perfectly. He has flat feet so a high arch hurts his foot. He says these are the most comfortable boots he’s ever owned because they don’t have a huge arch support. He needed something he could slip on and off quickly and these are great for that. Will definitely be buying him some more in the future.
Got these last March for my husband’s birthday. He wore them a couple of times. Wore them a couple of times this winter and today part of the sole came loose Paid too much for them not to last longer. Very disappointed. Very comfortable and a nice looking boot. Just didn’t last.
