I have wide fat feet and it's always hard finding decent wide shoes. Cute shoes/boots advertised as wide sometimes still feel a bit tight. These were definitely true to size! I ordered my usual 7.5 in x-wide and they fit amazingly! On first glance the width doesn't look wide but for some reason they truly are wide enough. I was able to wear fuzzy socks. Walked around in snow for an hour and my feet stayed dry. Comfortable too. Love it. I wore traction cleats underneath and felt confident that I wasn't going to slip & fall.
Got some compliments on the boot. Fits my wide, high-arched foot well. Thought it wasn't waterproof on first walk because the cold water made it feel like my socks had gotten wet, but my socks were dry when I took the boots off after my walk. Not the most comfortable foot bed.
