Cute & comfy!! Love them!
I bought my first pair from a Skechers outlet. I fell in love with it. I had it for 3 years wearing almost everyday during fall and winter months. I decided to buy a new pair when It got so worn out. I was so happy to buy it here on Amazon at a good price. However, both zippers were hard to close. The left was worse and trying to open and close it several times, the zipper eventually gave up. I had it replaced Friday. The replacement came in today, Sunday. Upon opening the box, I was sooooo disappointed that the left shoe zipper is messed up before I even touched it. This time, I'm fully returning them and getting my money back. I'll just go back to the Skechers outlet where I can make sure of the quality before I pay for it.
Everything is good about these boots except the zippers. This will be my second pair of these boots. I returned the first time due to the zipper breaking on one of the boots. Now after wearing the boots for a total of 3 times the zipper has broken again on the second pair. I can’t believe there isn’t a better solution. I love the boots but you can’t deal with a broken zipper. Unfortunately the return window is closed now so I’m stuck with a faulty pair. Very disappointing.
I have only worn these 5 times and then this happened.
I loved these - so cute and comfy, but could tell the zipper was wonky. Was worried. Walked around for a few minutes and the left zipper was indeed broken (see pictures). I’m returning these. I may order another pair though because they were adorable and comfy and I love Skechers.
