These boots are the quality I’ve come to expect from Sorel. My last pair of Caribou boots lasted me 25+ years and I’m going on 10+ years with other Sorel boots. Stylish and functional. Super warm and totally waterproof. Very comfortable. Five stars! Great price too

This is my second pair of this style I’ve had. The first wore out only when my dog chewed them after 12 years of winter use. These are a bit slimmer in appearance to my old ones but they fit perfectly. I have a wide sized 7.5 foot. There isn’t much for arch support but these are truly for snow use so I do not find arch as important as I normally would. They are also not too tight which will keep my feet warmer. Love my new boots. I am hopeful they will last as long as the last pair.

These are my first pair of Sorel boots, but my husband and mother in law swear by them and have had pairs that have lasted for years!I wear a size 5.5 in regular shoes so I ordered a 5.5 in these boots and they fit fine. With normal ankle socks, they're a bit loose, but with heavier or padded socks, they fit fine. They look a bit large and clunky, but I mean, they're heavy duty snow boots so that doesn't bother me. They come about mid way up my calf and the shoe has plenty of ankle support - there's not too much give when they're laced up. They're incredibly warm, even with plain ankle socks. It was -11 here the other day and even in light ankle socks, my feet were toasty warm.I like that the inside is removable and washable. I've had these for a few months and have worn them a handful of times. They seem to be very good quality with no tears or anything. I'm definitely pleased with these and would buy again!

I am a graduate student and take the bus to campus everyday, so I needed some good winter boots to help me through the awful winter we've been having. I saw many students around campus wearing Sorel brand boots so I thought I would check them out. They arrived much later than I expected (this might not be the case with all shippers), but when they arrived I was really pleased.Pros:+ Cute! Within one day I received quite a few compliments on the look and style. There are so many options of Sorel boots to choose from; this style had many colors available. There are no zippers - you simply pull the boot on and off.+ Warm! My old winter boots always left my toes cold and numb. I wore these all day in cold weather and my feet were warm but not sweltering. (There is a removable liner - without it I would probably have to wear thick socks).+ They are waterproof - I tested this out by sloshing through snow puddles, and no water got through!+/- I was expecting them to withstand the ice a little better and not be as slippery, but maybe I just need to get used to them more and how to walk in them. A few times I would walk into some ice and my foot would slip a little. I was expecting them to be slip-proof!+ Very well made! I can tell they will last for a long time.Cons:- I usually wear a size 8/8.5 in all shoes, so I ordered a size 8 and they are slightly too large. It's not too much of a problem, but I wore them all day they first day I got them, and by the end of the day my ankles were sore and blistery from rubbing against the sides. This could be due to how tight I tied them, so I may have to experiment! (And since you pull them on and off, a smaller size might have been difficult to get on and off).- HEAVY. I am not used to such a heavy boot. They are obviously very well made, but I felt like I got a calf and leg workout just wearing them for a few hours. I certainly do not feel graceful or dainty walking around!- The fur lining has been "shedding" everywhere - again, this might be because they are new and maybe leftover fuzz just needs to be removed?All in all, a warm and sturdy boot that will definitely last a long time. I might suggest ordering a size smaller than normal (but like I said, I might just have to experiment with how I tie them... and that might affect how you get them on and off). I will see how they hold up against more snow and ice. So far, I am really pleased with the purchase.

These were a gift for my daughter. They ran true to size and she loved the color and style. The reviews were great and I have owned Sorel boots in the past so anticipate that these will be the warmest pair of boots she has ever worn.
