Spring Step Women's Vanish Snow Boot, Silver, 40 EU/9 M US

I've had these a few weeks and they are great! I'm used to hot weather (I get cold really easily), and in 29 to 40 degree windy Oregon nights, these were toasty, super lightweight, extremely soft and comfy, and feel like I'm wearing slippers. They're even kind of cute. I wore them with thick wool socks and insoles in 30 F at night for 3 hours with toasty feet throughout. With think socks, they also work well. I was able to easily walk on icy paths and light snow, and my feet never got damp.I usually wear a size 8 boot, but I bought these in an 8.5 to accommodate my thick wool socks and a Superfeet insole. The half size increase was a good call as they fit perfectly (albeit a little more snugly) with thick socks AND an insole (the insole that comes with the boot is fuzzy, thin and removable). If you prefer thin socks or will not use your own insole, probably stick with your usual boot size. I have a regular foot width and these are perfect for me (99% percent of regular shoe widths work for me, so I would not really classify these as narrow); that said, there's not much extra space for a wider instep or foot, etc. Also, I'm about a size 8-10 in adult women's' pants, and these boots fit snugly on my calves with jeans tucked in - just something to keep in mind if you have thicker calves and hoping to tuck thick pants and layers into them. After wearing them several times, they have stretched slightly, making them even comfier. I'm very happy with this purchase!

I've been wearing these boots all day, right off the bat. I do always size up (from a 7.5 to 8.5, i got a 39 in this boot) so i can have room for a 3/4 length arch support. The only thing i wish the boots had was a slightly larger and adjustable calf opening. It says 16.5" which is pretty close; i used to have medium-muscular calves, and now they're a little bit bigger; i can tuck in my jeggings and wear my wool socks, so, i'm very warm. I'm in CA but we've had a very cold and wet winter. I wanted a second pair of waterproof, warm, yet cute boots to tuck in my jeggings and get to wear my wool socks. The tread is good and not too masculine looking. For the price especially, these are awesome boots.Another reviewer mentioned the sides are soft, which is true, so although they're not as supportive as a solid leather or suede, they're also more comfy for longer car rides (and who doesn't get stuck in traffic?).

I absolutely love my boots! I'm almost always a true 8 in all types of shoes, but ordered an 8.5 after reading reviews (and because the next option was 7.5-8, and there's no way I'm in a 7 range at all). The 8.5 fits just fine; they're a little loose but I'd prefer that over slightly too small. The boots fit almost perfectly with a thicker pair of socks on and are super warm. They easily slip on and off, too. I mostly just wear them for walks outside with the dog, and they don't have any apparent issues in the snow or other elements. Very happy with the purchase!

Like the look. Not waterproof but very moisture resistant. Love the full zipper for ease of getting the boot on. Heel fits tight on the left boot but I’m stretching it with a mold & it’s more comfortable. I’d like more arch support; might buy an arch insert.

I bought these in September to be ready for the winter in Upstate New York just tried them out the other day what a disappointment and one wearing they have stains and it was only raining these are supposed to be completely waterproof top to bottom they are uncomfortable on your feet even for just a short amount of time I ended up putting Dr Scholl's inserts in there to be able to walk in them one is larger than the other in size not by the number but by how it feels I don't remember how much I paid for it cuz it's a while back but I think it was about $70 or so should have been a much better product I can't return them now because it's too long learned that lesson next year I think I will just stay with Sorel those boots are the best

These are the best boots! They fit true to size...maybe a tad big in the foot area but perfect if you get your regular suze and wear a thicker pair of socks, as you normally would with boots. I usually am an 8 1/2 in boots, 9 in flats and I got the 8 1/2 in these and they fit perfectly. I usually get wide-calf boots but based on other reviews that said these have a lot of give and expansion, I tried them and they fit fine around my calf over leggings.I have worn these on 20 degree days, clearing 2 feet of snow from my driveway and my feet stayed completely dry and warm.....no numb or cold toes or feet to speak of.These were also very comfortable.Love them!

I was quite surprised that the shipment arrived earlier than expected ... right before the 2 big snow storms in Boston.... I wore these boots shoveling,digging myself out of the snow trench now higher than myself ...I treated the boots with water repellants ( i really did not have to do that ),but I just wanted to make sure that my feet stay dry...The boots are very comfortable, have enough room to wiggle, and retain the heat ... my feet stay dry and toasty ... very happy that I got these boots ... been wearing them everyday....walking in the deep freeze temp. in Boston..

UPDATE: 2 years later and I can’t believe they’re still going strong! I wear these boots everywhere, in snow and slush and rain, from November-April in good old Michigan. The only thing that bummed me out was that one of the insoles came out in just one of my boots. I keep shoving it back in bc I just love these too much to buy new ones yet!Original review: I absolutely love these boots! When I initially put them on, one boot felt narrower than the other - but after several wears, they evened out and broke in. I have worn them in snow, slush, even puddles and stayed completely dry. My toes got cold only after wearing them for a couple hours out in the snow but I wasn't wearing boot socks. I bet you could go quite a while with those on in these boots! They are not the most cushy and have hardly any arch support, but they were exactly as functional as I needed them to be and they're cute! Plus you just can't beat that price for boots that actually ARE waterproof!
