Id like to say that I have bought many shoes from Bear Paw in the past but this experience has been really upsetting. I bought a cute pair of boots first, they arrived and I almost passed out because of the smell of chemicals coming the shoes. LEATHER DOES NOT SMELL LIKE THIS! When's the last time you went to buy leather shoes in a store and couldn't stand the smell? Never because you would leave Immediately and they would have NO BUSINESS. Well I returned those boots but at the same time I bought a cute pair of white leather sandals now knowing when they arrived I would be getting the same disgusting smell of toxic chemicals that have made my entire dining room reek with the smell of formeldahyde as these shoes do. I tried to call customer service and the lady actually hung up on me. I was told to send a picture of the shoes because I also commented they looked as if they were spray painted and not dyed and what kind of shoes are they selling????? No response from the manufacturer, why because they allow people who dont care about their customers to run and ruin their business. The leather on these sandals are so rough it feels like youre wearing sand paper when you try them on. Who can wear shoes that are going to rip their skin apart and leave sores or blisters after just 5 minutes? Dont waste your money on their leather goods, they are utter garbage and clearly they dont care if they sell you toxic chemical laden shoes that your skin absorbs. Horrible company and ethics.
These were comfortable from the first wearing. They have stretched out a little after a few months. Great for days with a lot of walking. Beautiful color.
I have multiple foot issues hammer toes for 1 (so the straps didn't work out and that's where I needed the extra width) and a Morton's neuroma and that is what the footbed felt wonderful for. Wish different widths were available. Super cute and well made shoe.
I really wanted to love these sandals because it’s hard to find all leather, plus footbed. Unfortunately, the fit was too narrow and the leather straps felt too uncomfortable to try to break in. I typically don’t have fit issues ordering online..ordered my normal size.

These were cute and good quality but ended up returning them as they run big and also the top part is loose if you have a narrow foot.
They look like the picture and are priced appropriately--in other words you get what you pay for. Not high end but not the cheapest either. But close to the cheapest.
