Such a cute shoe!! Not very comfortable but still walkable.
These were not too "blingy" but just right for a bride! Love them so much more than any white shoes I've tried on. The pearls match the pearl jewelry I will wear. Cannot tell you how classy these look and well made. So happy I found these in a long search of shoes on the internet.
There is no padding on the balls of your feet so they got pretty uncomfortable just wearing them around the house. I found a platform version from David’s Bridal that was higher but made the heel a little less high in comparison to the toe and took a little pressure off the balls of my feet. Worked out better because my dress couldn’t really be hemmed with the lace. But they were super cute! The pearls are iridescent which is fun! The blue of my David’s bridal version rubbed off from very minimal wear before I even got to the reception, and some of my photos showed it so that may be something to keep in mind with these as well! I only wore them around the house to test for comfort, twice to the tailors, and on the wedding day to take family photos, the actual wedding, and a few photos after and in the photos after the wedding you could see that the blue bottom rubbed off in spots and it was just ran under that.
I bought these for my wedding in September (2023) and I wore them the entire night! Didn’t need to make a shoe change because they truly were comfortable. I feel that I have wide feet too so the fit was surprisingly comfortable. The bottom of the shoe being blue was perfect as “my something blue”.
I ordered a size 9 and received a size 6. I wasn't too disappointed because I planned to return them anyway when I noticed all the imperfections. I have another pair of these exact shoes from Betsey Johnson and these compared to the other ones are not great. The blue from the bottom had bled onto the sides and the pearls on the back of the shoe looked like they were just velcro'd on. They were also yellowy and not white like my real Betseys. These are for a wedding. Will look beautiful with dress.
