I have wide feet.and flexible flatfoot. These sandals support my arch for flexible flat foot and they are very comfortable for my wide feet.
These are cool looking but for my foot shape they fit a little tight on the top of my foot. They were a little rigid and so they were not that comfortable for me. My son however, is excited that they didn't fit me very well and so now he has a new pair of sandals that he loves. I think if I would have had a 12.5 I would have liked them more.
There is definitely a break in period for these, but once you do these are great every day casual shoes. Great for by the pool or the river. I wouldn't buy these to hike in though. For the price these aren't bad once you break them in.

Love the brand. Bought these and was very pleased with the fit and comfort. The plastic over the foot connection broke within a week of use and can’t use anymore. I don’t recommend.
I got my husband these sandals and after a few times wearing them for casual dress he noticed that everywhere there are straps the rubber is ripping so I made him stop wearing them and bought a new pair then my daughter who’s whole family wears Chaco brand said mom you can send them and they will repair them I would like to know if this is the case ??
I hav nerve damage in feet. A lot of shoes too stiff..these r perfect. I wear them daily walking, in the water at beach, in the pool, on trails, dog walks, canoeing, etc...I kid u not...I am so picky. I don’t like in closed shoes or shoes that touch top of foot it aggregates my neuropathy so before these shoes I always wore crocs even in the winter but now these shoes are so comfortable I wear them every day. The bottom is flexible which is good for me because I don’t have a lot of muscle strength I also have arthritis in my feet so it’s very hard to find a comfortable pair of shoes but these are it.. sometimes I just like my footing and don’t even put the backstrap on so you can wear them either way
First time I wore these and they tore up my feet in at least three places on each foot. I was hobbling after only about two hours of casual walking. Really painful and a little bloody. Save yourself.
