I love these Chacos - I wish I had ordered a bigger size though. If you wear a half size, I recommend you go a size UP. Typically I wear a 9.5 in mens, but I ordered myself a 9. My heel hangs over slightly, but they are still comfortable. So definitely go up a size if you are in between. They are super comfortable. My only complaint would be that they are not easy to slip on and go. It takes a minute to put on because of the toe slot. Not a huge deal breaker or anything, but it is something to be aware of.
I bought these to replace a pair of Earth sandals that decided to deteriorate after years of service. My wife has had Chaco's in the past and has been very pleased with them. This pair fit perfectly (size 9 and I'm a 9.5) and are very comfortable. They appear to be very well made and should last for many years. The best thing I can say is I was able to get these for less than $40 which is a real steal for Chaco's. Highly recommended!
I like these sandals but the straps are loose on my foot even though they are as tight as they can be. I also don't like that when tightened the strap ends drag on the ground. These are WAY lighter than the older models.

I appreciate the sturdy build and overall quality of these Chaco’s sandals. However, a notable design flaw is the inner leather piece that can cause discomfort and rubbing, leading to painful experiences. The excessively long strap is another issue, making the sandals impractical. These issues significantly impact the wearability and overall satisfaction with the product.
The toe loop makes it impossible to put on or take off at any speed. Even worse when wet. More of a personal preference I guess.The quality seems to be on point.
I was not sure if I would like these sandals. I purchased them for a trip to Mexico. I was pleasantly surprised by how well they fit and feel on my feet. I usually wear flip flops, but we do a lot of walking on vacation and wanted something that stayed on with less effort. I have no hotspots or blisters even after walking for hours and hours. They did very well on the beach, even in the sand. They wash out easily. I've been wearing them non stop for over a week now with no problems. The color was true to the photos. Overall very comfortable, and I am kind of picky about my foot wear. Would recommend if you are looking for flip flop alternatives.
