I'm 5 foot 3 and LOVE the height of these shoes, however I walked all day in them over uneven terrain and they were a little hard to maneuver but if you're on flat, even ground, you'll be fine. VERY comfortable.
These shoes are definitely very cute I bought them to wear in Greece but there were so many cobblestones I didn't think it was a good idea to walk around in them all day however for flat surfaces their cutie might have to wear a bandaid at one point on top of your foot in case than you miss doesn't cut into your foot but that didn't really happen some people just have more sensitive skin than others.
I wore these when I sang for praise team.. they were very comfortable .

I've had a hard time find espadrilles for summer that don't tie around your ankles or legs. This are comfortable and easy to walk in. They are a beautiful navy blue and pair well with jeans, shorts or dresses. Definitely a great buy!
Unfortunately I had to return these shoes. The strap that wraps behind your foot (not the ankle strap) was super big, almost stretched out. My foot was flopping around regardless of how tight the ankle strap was. One of the buckles was also scratched. Aside from that very cute sandal and comfy aside from the above. Maybe size down.
