Love love love them!!! Color matches perfectly with a grape stripe in a red knit skirt/top. Looked and looked for the perfect color and was willing to pay $500 on another shoe at the mall and happened to see these...so I took the others back. So excited! I can wear 8 to 9 depending on brand and style and cut. Lately, I have been ordering 9 in this style for width ...and length is ok....not too long. I have a slightly wide foot, short toes, thin ankles and high instep. After reading the reviews, decided to try the 8.5....fits perfectly! Comfortable so far. Really love the true grape color in suede. Going to look at other colors and may get another pair of these.Update: 1/9/21Just received the orange/pink and the natural/snake. Just waiting for turquoise/blue to come back in stock and I will have the fun colors I want. Really a cute shoe. Wish there were a multi "suede" green choice. The heel is very comfortable. My close friends know how much I normally pay for shoes and can not believe what I paid for these! Just wish these were leather shoe/soles. So far...so good.
I absolutely love these shoes. I bought them for a girl's night out in the city since they were on sale and I didn't own any strappy shoes. Honestly, they are one of the comfiest and cutest pair of heels I own. They are true to size - since they are open-toe, you foot slides forward a little but I my toe still didn't hang over the edge. The ankle strap is super comfy. There are 3 holes for the buckle. I have smaller ankles, so even on the tightest the strap was a little big for me. I got a lot of compliments on these, so they will probably become my go-to heels.
Can't Wait to Wear Them!These shoes look just like the picture online. Saw the same EXACT shoe at JCPenny's, Macy's, and DSW for so much more, and at around $21.00 for my size such a steal. I wear a 9.5 size shoe in a medium width, and I ordered a 9.5 B and they fit perfectly. I always worry when I order a shoe with an ankle strap that the strap will be too tight and stiff. The ankle strap on this shoe is soft and pliable and has give, because it has elastic at the end of the buckle. There are three holes on the strap and I can easily use the tightest hole, but I plan on using the first hole and keep the ankle strap loose. I have not worn these shoes out yet, but I did walk around my house and noticed that there is little cushion, and the short time that I walked around my heels felt a bit sore. I will plan on wearing them out where I will not have to walk too much until I see how comfortable they are. Overall I am very satisfied with this cute, versatile and trendy shoe.
They are pretty
These shoes are wicked comfortable. I'm not one to wear heels often, so when I do, I wobble all over the place like a conscious newborn giraffe. Not with these. The block heel is sturdy and the ankle and toe straps keep the shoe in place, so I can walk with confidence. The heel is high enough to make a statement, but low enough so it doesn't look hoochy. The reptile-ish polka-dot pattern on the heel adds a little detailed flair to otherwise simple outfits. Great for work, a garden, party, whatever. I get so many compliments every time I wear them. They're comfortable enough to wear all day. A+, Chinese Laundry.

I should have listened to 1 reviewer who said that the shoe pictured is NOT what you get. You'll receive the shoe outlined in RED. This seller is advertising falsely. There's nothing wrong with the shoe if that's what YOU want, but the seller is trying to play the substitute game hoping you won't mind.
