I just wore these out on a date where we walked maybe a mile, maximum. They were cute, and exactly as uncomfortable as I expected them to be by the end of the night. Enough to have you questioning your wardrobe choices, but not so bad you have to remove your shoes and walk barefoot on the rough sidewalk.My foot type: I have wide feet and the family bunions. The recent sandal style with a single strap over the toes is just not happening for me because my bunions stick out behind the straps like ... well, like the unattractive bunions they are.Pros:- NOT A SINGLE STRAP OVER THE TOE HALLELUJAH- Hides the bunions well- Low heel gives sufficient height to look classy, but with minimal bunion pain when walking, thank GodCons:- The edges of the straps are brutal to start. I ended up with cuts on my ankle and about four blisters in total, one on the front of each bunion and on the tops of my pinky toes- the raised ankle strap did not prevent my foot from sliding forward into the shoe, which meant serious compression discomfort, especially when my feet swelled towards the end of the dayRecommendations:- If you have wide feet, BUY THE WIDE SIZE. Do not attempt the regular width at a larger size. It isn't worth it. Your feet will be compressed enough as-is with the wide width- Break the shoes in and wear band-aids or your preferred blister-protection method of choice
These shoes really are gorgeous and perfect for the office! My only complaint is that the ankle strap is not adjustable. I prefer an adjustable strap on sandals, and I should have paid closer attention to detail when ordering these. However, I am keeping these because I do not walk a ton at work. It would be nice to be able to tighten the strap by a good half inch at least for a super secure fit.
Great style, unfortunately shoe is rather stiff in the ankle straps and could use more padding in the footbed. Sadly, not the usual Clarks comfort. Return window slipped me by - will wear when I won't be doing much walking.
I haven't had the opportunity to wear these for an extended period of time, but they fit well and were comfortable for the time I did wear them. I had ordered my "regular" Clark's size first and they were too tight. These fit well.
These shoes very tuff and tight, the size is smaller that supposed to be. I returned them. Do not recommend
Very comfortable and looks great with so many outfits. I typically wear an 8 1/2, and the 8 fit perfectly
