I have flat and narrow feet. I'm petite. The sandals fit well. Bought a half size up; 8 1/2 . Purchased two pair, one in black but unfortunately had to return it because a little too narrow. The blue and white one feels good-worn all day at work and leather stretched a little to give a really nice fit for a narrow foot.
I have had several pairs of Clark shoes so I am familiar with the brand. These are comfortable but, don’t seems as “solid” as my previous Clark’s. They are very lightweight which may be the norm nowadays. The fit was good. I have narrow feet and most sandals don’t fit my feet. These do have a strap across the foot that is adjustable. I tried a pair of SAS sandals (at over twice the money) that had adjustable straps that were two wide even when the straps were adjusted as far as possible. I have already enjoyed wearing these shoes and feel they look great.
Update: I was able to get the regular width at almost the same price and strangely these are very narrow, I could shove them on but why, the buckle felt better and the Velcro tab on top were okay, not like the wides I had to tighten across so they went beyond the end of the Velcro. Anyway, returning both pairs, love the style and sad they didn’t work. Normally Clark’s fit very well?I’d say most of my shoes are Clark’s, I used to work in a mall, love the comfort, styles, but going on recommendations on these I went with an 8 1/2 W, usually a regular, I’m not sure if it’s the wide that makes the side buckle hurt the bone on my feet, the width seems okay? Was going to re-order the regular width, but on that size/color price is $30 more now! Wow! If I just went into store I could exchange and I waited a month for these. Sadly most likely will return!
Great look, color and model. Fit exact my size. Is softer than other model ordered. Liked very much.
The problem is the preformed foot bed insert, it is not flat is has sides too which interfere with your foot resting properly (the sides dig into the your foot) no doubt why people have to buy wide widths and of course their all out of them. I also ordered a 7 1/2 which is usually the high side for me but my toes hit the very end of the shoe, so they do run small to0. Otherwise, the leather is very nice looking and I like the ability to adjust all the straps to conform to your foot. Not sure I will try to find a wide width somewhere, but this certainly is a deal breaker, back they go.
Shoe is nice. A 9N always fits. Narrow is fine. Shoe is too short. No 9 1/2.
Hurts in the arch......leather on this [air much nicer than previous pair....first pair was someone else's return...
