... not as grippy on the top sole, so your feet will slip around a bit.Previous (and unfortunately discontinued) Columbia Techsun PFG thong-type sandals were much more robust and heavy duty than these, plus more grippy on both bottom and top soles. Also missing is any firm arch support.Run slightly small. Recommend sizing up by 1/2.The Rostra Beachcomber PFGs do not feel like a "Sports Sandal" like the discontinued Techsun PFG thong sandals—which lasted through several years of everyday wear and tear through a variety of challenging environments. Rostra Beachcombers instead feel more like a lightweight poolside flipflop.A bit disappointed.
