Have problems with my hip and knee. These sandals are supportive so walking and standing for long periods of time do not pose a problem. They are also very cute! I got them in the pink. :)
1. I normally wear a 9.5 M, I am a slim M. Due to Amazon's suggestion I ordered a 10. The length is good if not a tish too long. SUPER comfy. The Foot Bed if squishy, and supportive; I have never worn a Dr. Scholl's shoe before. Compared to my A.S. 98's this shoe is heavy. Noticeably heavy. On the Right Sandal the middle straps do not fit snugly to the top of my foot, 1/8 of an inch too loose, The Left Sandal's straps fit better. All of this said, I am keeping them.2. Oh so cute! I got the Orchid color, dark pinkish/light lavender color. With all the straps and almost 100% foot coverage my feet resembles Mummy Feet!3. I like them over all for a, "My feet are swelling due to the heat & humidity" day.
I ordered a size 8 which is my size, but these shoes run big. A 7.5 would have fit perfectly. These are very comfortable with the right amount of arch support. I ordered another pair in black, but ordered a 7.5 this time.
They look nice on your feet, but there are little bumps throughout the shoe which feels like there's grit on your feet. You can see the small bumps in the product picture. Didn't like that so returning.
Super uncomfortable
Very comfortable! These have rubber soles that are very comfortable and the straps are made of nylon. I was looking for a cute comfortable shoe for walking downtown and these work perfect. They don’t look too sporty and I wear them with summer dresses and more polished outfits. I own a black pair too and wore them to an outdoor festival. It was slightly muddy and rainy but they cleaned up easily after.
I absolutely love the look and comfort of these sandals. Unfortunately I had to return them. They look so cute on everyone in the reviews but they just didn’t look cute on my feet. I have bunions that kind of separated the straps more than they needed to be so they just didn’t look right. But I love them on other people’s feet.🤣
I have SEVERE sciatica. I was in Europe for 2 months last year, doing a lot of sightseeing, and I missed so much. The pain was so severe & sustained that my hair started to fall out in clumps, (it's now August & it's growing back), and my glucose levels were difficult to control. The slightly elevated heel allows for a quick transfer of weight from the heel to the ball of the foot. With ordinary shoes, the strike-off from the heel is somewhat slow allowing for the sciatic nerve to be bombarded with energy that dissipates into your back muscles causing all that pain. I'm not a doctor but that's the best I can describe it. Am on holiday again. Have worn these sandals four five days now. The difference is huge. The backache I get from long periods of walking is adequately controlled with Tylenol instead of vicodin. NO sciatica as yet. I know there are other sufferes out there who might be hesitating to go sightseeing because they know that pain will come; others, like me, who thought back surgery was on the near horizon. I highly recommend these sandals before trying other invasive measures. My review is long but, I hope, helpful. Planning on getting the other 2 colours.
