I purchased these for my upcoming wedding. I purchased this pair w/ 3 other pair. 3 of the 4 pair arrived together, today. I have small, narrow feet, size 6. Plus I fractured my ankle in 3 places 6 years ago, (13 screws & a plate which have been removed) and I have not wore heels since. When I first tried these shoes on, I thought they were too big. I didn't know how to put them on and I didn't want to ruin the bow. Untying the bow loosens the ribbon strap, so that you can put the shoes on. When you pull the ribbon, it tightens the shoe and the diamond strap. It's easy to tie the bow back.Initially, I thought the shoes were too big as well as the diamond strap around my ankles. I went to a shoe repair store and he placed an insert in the front of them and showed me how to tie the bow. That made the diamond strap fit my ankles perfectly! I was so happy. I thought I would have to order a five. These are true to size once you get a good insert. The insert made the shoe itself fit. An insert came with these, but it looked thin and I knew I needed a thick one.I found my wedding shoes! I am so happy! I needed them for my first fitting. A pair of plain white straps, an insert, and an insert for the back of the heels, which I will try, all came with the shoes! Perfect! At this time I don't think I need the heel insert, as the open toe part of the shoes feel perfect with the insert. My toes don't slide out or hang onto the floor either.So go for it! They are beautiful. Also, the 3 inch heels works great for those that have broken ankles in the past and haven't worn heels. It was prefect and not too tall. The shoe feels comfortable and I think I will be able to wear them for the ceremony and the reception.Urbanbarbie943

Love them!!!! They will be perfect for my wedding. Did have to get a smaller size. But easy return and rebought them. They came with strap replacement if you don’t want the sparkle and bow. Also came with inserts for the balls of your feet and grips for foot slipping up and down, as well as heel replacements.

The shoe is wonderful. Comfortable- perfect height. Got these for my bridal shower and rehearsal dinner. The straps are the best part- the sparkles dress up any outfit and are tight enough, at least for me. You have to tie a knot first then tie it into a bow. The only thing is other reviews say they come with extra straps and sole paddings but mine came in an undistinguishable brown shipping box with no shoe box, no extra straps and no padding for the soles. Very disappointing given the price. So took off a star. But would recommend if you don’t mind missing those.

**update** these def gave me blisters on the back of my feet.These heels aren’t very tall at all so I anticipate they’ll be more comfortable, I normally wear much taller heels but I wanted something I could wear for the majority of my wedding day. The reviews about the ribbon strap are true, I’ll have to double tie the ribbon for it to stay snug but I don’t think it’ll be a major issue. They did come with gel insoles for extra comfort, reviews said they come with an extra plain strap to change out the rhinestone strap but I only got one plain strap? For one shoe? So I won’t be able to use anything besides the rhinestone straps. Kind of disappointed about that. Otherwise they came in beautiful condition and I’m excited to wear them on me wedding day.I wear a size 6 and that’s what I ordered in ivory. They seem to fit just fine.

These are exactly like the picture, even better in person actually! I usually wear a 7.5-8 and the 7.5 were slightly too big, but other than that they are perfect!!! Very comfortable as well.

Thank goodness I bought these for 1 time use! They are so so cute but hard to walk in and not much support. The ties in the back go are made to tighten band around ankle but mine got loose after every 5 or so steps. Had to swap shoes an hour after wearing because these have zero comfort
