Created in the UK, over a two-year collaboration between former Bliss spa-entrepreneur Marcia Kilgore, Biomechanist Dr. David Cook and a team of untiring footwear engineers, FitFlops were initially designed to help modern women squeeze a little more exercise into their increasingly hectic schedules."I thought, how amazing if I could invent something that would help fight the onset of cellulite while I'm walking to the office," says Kilgore. "I work. I have kids. I have a husband. And the likelihood of me seeing the inside of a gym in the next ten years is slim to none. That said, I'd obviously prefer to go with slim." Kilgore found Dr. Cook at The Centre for Human Performance at London's LSBU, where he envisioned injecting the patent-pending 'microwobbleboard' technology into the midsole of the function-forward flip flop. Slightly destabilizing, FitFlops feature three distinct densities of EVA foam in a single-fused underfoot piece, to challenge your muscles more every time you step - to deliver a workout while you walk.

I wanted a sandal I could easily slip on/off and wear with socks. I use it mostly around the house when wearing boots outside. Very comfortable and allows me to leave my boots at the door. Good support and fit for me. Easy to slip off when I want to be more comfortable in my recliner.
Prefect fits . The price is high
This shoe is not for large feet. I am a women that can't wear the fitflop women's shoes at all. Even the size 11, while way long enough, is just not wide. So I'm stuck with men's boring colors. When I saw this one, I was THRILLED!!! But even ordering a size larger in men's than I normally order, I still can barely get my foot into it, and the back strap will not close. The only people that can wear these shoes must have pancakes for feet, because there is no height to the straps at all. So disappointed. I wish the shoe companies would take pity on wide feet and offer even one or two style in wide widths.But that aside, FitFlops are the greatest shoes ever. I have horrible arthritis in my feet, and they help enormously.
First, color isn't right. By the picture, it's bright yellow but in front of me it almost green mustard.And then, there's dust and black stain and fingerprints around the sandle.I don't recommend these sandles.
Bought this as a gift for my dad, he loves it as it reduces the pain in his feet while he goes out for his daily walks
The length was correct but the strap in front is too tight and not adjustable, I can't wear them
I bought one of these with perfect size.Given my feet is a bit wide, the metal-parts next to my toes and little finger keep digging into my skin.returned it.If ya have a narrow feet. give it a shot.
My husband loved these but the strap frayed & broke after 3 months of normal wear & tear. For the price they should last much longer!
