The product description clearly states; ankle strap for sizes 5-11; sizes 12-3 do not have ankle strap. I saw a lot reviews of people saying there were not ankle straps. We ordered a toddler 11 and the slides had ankle straps as described.
Got this for my son didn’t come with the back straps a lil big cute they comfy
Ordered these shoes for my 4 year old and they came with no strap on the back to keep them on his foot. Clearly they show a strap on the back, or I would not have bought them. Very misleading.
Love they are padded. Grandson loves em.
I really only bought this slide because of the ankle strap. I usually read reviews first but I didn’t this time and wish I had. There is no ankle strap. Very disappointed
Please stop advertising this with a strap in the back. It does NOT have a strap in the back. I have tried to exchange 3 times. Once even in a lower size range and none of them have straps. They are just an expensive slide.
