Short story: I have bunions, the nemesis to heels and cute shoes. A win for me is to simply tolerate a pair of heels but these heels are ACTUALLY comfortable.Long story: My bunion-clad feet don’t tolerate an incline… As in my feet don’t bend well to accommodate a high arch and heels are typically SUPER painful for me. Because of this, I only wear them to short, incredibly important events. I’ll silently grit my teeth as I painfully stride from place to place and the price I pay afterwards is my feet hurt so bad and cramp up hours after, even as I sleep.BUT… but these fit really well, didn’t hurt my feet or accentuate my bunions. Afterwards my feet were tired and achy but not in a ‘we refuse to ever walk again’ sort of way… more like ‘you just walked at Disney World all day and need a break’ type of ache. I’m thrilled.Plus, the shoes are really pretty and the style is classic. The heel size is high enough that it doesn’t look odd with a short or tea length dress but low enough that I don’t look like I’m trying too hard.I ordered a wide in size 8. They were a little big and I wish I could have tried on a 7.5 wide, but if you happen to have a bunions you know that the force of walking with a strap across your toes usually puts pressure on the bunion.. but since they were a little big, the strap stayed on top of my foot.I typically wear an 8 in Nike, New Balance, On Cloud. 7.5 in sandals/other heels.
I am new go wearing heals and needed a comfortable pair that were also sexy. I heard this was a very comfortable brand and I am not disappointed!! I love them and think they are made of very high quality material
In reading prior reviews, I was expecting them to run a bit small. I pretty much have “Fred Flintstone” feet and often do better with wide shoes. I ordered a 7.5 wide - I usually wear a 7. Not only was it too big (by about a full size) but also a little loose around the toe strap.They were cute and felt comfortable, but in the meantime I found something different. If you’re ordering, maybe get a couple of sizes to try.
This brand is my go-to for dressy and comfort. I hope they do well with my bridesmaid roll at sister’s wedding in October. Ceremony is on grass and they look like they won’t sink and heel is perfect height so I won’t fall on my face. If I do fall, I’ll blame it on the gowns she chose for us bridesmaid’s.
I was able to wear these all night long which is a first for me!
I always wear a size 8. This shoe fit was too large.
These were super cute and I was so excited to wear but the front strap was hitting right by my toe nails and I had a bunch of length left in the front that I knew was going to end up in blisters if I tried to wear them. Will size down on the next try.
These shoes are beautiful and comfortable, I wore them for a summer wedding and my feet didn’t bother me at all.
