The sole feels soft like memory foam, the bands on top are soft rubber that doesn’t irritate the skin of my foot. It fits me slightly wide towards the front but all I had to do is adjust the transparent band so that I can move my feet more forward to fit well. Overall it’s a super comfortable cute and fits well with all outfits, I got the beige color.
I really love these shoes. I ordered a size 6 and 6.5. and I usually will fit in these sizes just fine. I thought a 6.5 would fit nicely but they were too small. I reordered these but unfortunately, the color I wanted is sold out in a 7 so I ordered a 7.5 and I am crossing my fingers they workout. These are also very narrow so something to keep in mind. I'm sure they will fit around my foot after breaking them in or getting a shoe stretcher.

I purchased these shoes in the black patent and love them! Cute heel that adds a unique touch! I am a size 10 and fairly narrow. They fit perfect! I suggest they are not for wide feet. The heel is about 2.5" so perfect for dressing up but NOT over-the-top can't walk around. Great for a cocktail party or night out or even with a pair of jeans!
I am more of a true size 5 1/2; but I have slightly more wide feet so tend to buy size 6 to be safe. They only had size 5 1/2 available in the BUFF color I wanted so I went for it because I needed a neutral color shoe for an upcoming event. The color in the pics looked to have a slightly yellowish tint but figured I would chance it and kept my fingers crossed. The actual shoes I received look ivory/cream - I am VERY happy as they will work for the outfit I bought them for, as well as go w/ so many other outfits. Size 5 1/2 fits perfect and they are comfortable!
